Frontlines: Fuel of War Six Feet Under
Team Six Feet Under, a mix of Canadians and Americans, currently leads the GGL's Frontlines: Fuel of War tournament with a large margin.
At 10-2 and an eight game win streak, 6FU is making it hard for any of the other teams in the competition to catch up. Team vBI FFoW holds down 2nd place at 6-2, while Type Z has a 5-2 record in 3rd.
Activity drops off sharply after third place, with the rest of the teams probably having trouble fielding players night in and night out for 4v4 matches.
Still, some good prizes and a trip to New York City are on the line, so those teams facing little activity should either get their teammates riled up, or get new teammates. Ladder play isn't for the faint of heart, and coasting to end date is a sure-fire way to lose.
Speaking of end dates, the Frontlines tournament closes up April 20, which means it's approximately 50%
complete.
However, signups are still open. At this point, you can easily make your way into the 32-team bracket phase, so what are you waiting for?
We'll keep you posted with updates as we go down to the wire with this tourney.
