It's late but I wanted to work out some of the math. In a previous blog post Sirlin said that he would be changing some counter combos as well as implementing some damage handicaps. I check out Donovan (2nd ranked player) and nothing has been changed as of yet. However Ken on the other hand (1st ranked player) does seam to have a damage handicap, but I may be missing something. These guys are playing slower than my dead grandmother in molasses so once I'm awake it shouldn't be too hard to figure out.
