Sprays - No custom sprays

SourceTV Delay - SourceTV must have a 3 minute delay (180 seconds)

Clipping - No clipping allowed (the same as 1.6).

Models - Players must use the default models included with the game. Any player caught using anything but default models will forfeit the match and possibly be removed from the league for multiple offenses. This also includes weapon models.

Smoke - 16 bit smoke grenades are not allowed. All players are forced to use 32-bit color smoke grenades. Before the beginning of a match, each team's captain is to throw a smoke grenade near all of his/her teammates. Every player is responsible for taking a screenshot of the smoke produced by the grenade, with net_graph set to 1.

The follow exploits are considered illegal and a violation of the rules:
-Flash bang exploits
-Clipping exploits - when a player is either boosted through a solid layer or a player can manipulate himself so that he/she can see over particular walls. Boosts are legal as long as clipping has not occurred.
-Silent bomb plants - bomb plants in which no timer could possibly be heard
-Boosted bomb plants - bombs planted in spots that cannot be reached by normal means (without having to boost)
