Im getting messages from people in 2004, last night the challenges were messed up

how were they messed up? The more info the better we can figure out the problem and fix it.

2 things, the one challenge I opened up was already declined
and then afterward when the challenge was done there was comment from 2004 in it.

Almost all of the challenges have messages from 2004 on them. GGL reused the match IDs by accident I think. This might also explain why your challenge got insta-declined.

recycling? ractus? this guy still uses AA batterys still, its all about the play & charge kit. lol

Im getting one today, I didnt even use my wireless until a month ago, when my wired controler crapped out on me.
