#1 Posted By: GGL Admin on Sep 27 2007 12:37AM Having trouble joining a competition? Responding to a challenge bug out? Did you get penalized in a ladder when you shouldn't have? Scores not report propperly? Is your GGL admin not responding or being a jerk? Please report these issues to us here! Please note that GGL maintains higher standard over official groups and competitions . We will obviously look into technical glitches, but member groups and competitions receive lower priority support than official GGL groups and competitions. You may also contact donking@ggl.com for assistance with competition, team roster, challenging, disputes, and related issues. Thanks! |

#6 Posted By: cha0ticz on Oct 29 2007 12:05AM There's a concept of Teams & Competition Rosters on the site. If you go to your team's page and press the Competition Rosters button you'll be able to set who from your team you want to be able to play in the competition. That should allow you to challenge on the ladder. Also, be aware that only Team & Competition leaders can make/respond to challenges |

#9 Posted By: Termipwner on Nov 3 2007 12:12AM Hey, why doesn't anyone ever accept a challenge, its like no one is interested in money. Anyway, be sure you registered for that competition and be sure you added at least two teamates into your competition roster. Challenge us when you can, I would love to play. My team is Tool. Also, Challenges automatically expire after 3 days. Hopefully that clears some stuff up.. |

#10 Posted By: Adam In Texas on Nov 8 2007 6:32AM Yeah, I wish that they would give like 5 points to the challenging team when they challenging someone and the other team declines. That might help get more matches going. I know they take 25 points away from the team that declines but something should be given to the team that is actively seeking out matches. |

It shows blank verses pictures and all the info boxes are empty except it tells who I received the challenge from. I can't accept, decline, or anything |

I can't add anyone to our team competition rosters because it's telling me they are full, but I removed 2 players to switch in 2 different players and it still tells me that the rosters are full. I also can't view any of my matches that are scheduled, I can't see any info on them what so ever. In the Warhawk tournament ladder it states that I'm not a team leader and I can't issue any challenges (the competition for the U.S. prizes). Thanks for looking into these problems, I really appreciate it. Thanks again ! |

#22 Posted By: ldymschf on Jun 15 2008 12:41PM my squad is still waiting on a msg back about an issue with another squad putting a forfeit in for us and we have the pics to prove that we were there and there wasnt anything wrong on our side. we have sent an email out to everyone including the donking guy and no response ...any help on correcting this issue would be greatly appreciated..and yes we even sent more pics to ggl beef im hoping this can be resolved by monday if not i will be sending out more emails because this was a joke it never gave us a way to dispute this issue and i dont think they should have been allowed to do what they did in the first place. please take a look into this issue for us if you would..thank you |

My whole clan was waiting for the match to begin because they were hosting. The server never went up. We sent numerous messages to the clan leader and got no response. They reported us as a forfeit when they were a no show. I also just found out that the majority of their wins are by forfeit. I think that is statistically impossible you be the judge. I hope you can correct this mistake as soon as possible. |

#25 Posted By: KowtowRobinson on Oct 18 2008 5:10PM Already sent a message to xterm about this, but figured I'd stay on top of it. Currently in the Soul Calibur 4 tournament, the brackets aren't updating. I had a first round bye which was recorded, the match below me was roblez vs burn, burn was a no show. The bracket never pushed roblez into my bracket, we alerted the admin that we were playing the match in advance and just fix it later. I won the match 3-0. Currently neither of these things is recorded in the bracket. I'm sure it'll get fixed eventually, things are probably busy with the first and second rounds going on today. Just keep me posted. |

I send him an invite and he was a no show 10 Minutes after our match. xterm told me to PM him the results. He said that it was fixed. I look in the bracket and it still shows that joystickmvp is the victor. The next scheduled match starts at 8:00PM EST. |

Today we had two matches against the UniversalSoldierCrew (I'm not sure how we got two matches). In the first match, two players on their team quit because they didn't want us to lose. Then, they told us to end the game, as did the remaining players in the game. But, when we left, they told us we had to forfeit and they reported it as a forfeit. I'm not sure why we would have to, as left left the game. Then, we played the whole second match, and won 9 to 2. Also, during that match, two of their players switched to our team and team killed us. But, they still counted it as a loss for us. Also, for both of the macthes I can not dispute or upload screenshots. I would advise you avoid this team because they cheated. Thank you, and if you could send me a message that would be great. |

Now it shows that "offbreakx" has beat me 6 times and I didn't receive any challenges from that player. How'd this happen? My wins n loses should be 0-0 but it doesn't show that. I've only made 1 challenge and that was today w/ Vader. Help, please? |

Team Fallen Soldier was contacted by me last night to play our tourney game... I sent out 4 friend requests to the top 4 players on Fallen Soldier's team... I was never contacted back... When I went to report that they were unresponsive, there was a loss in our column saying we forfeited the match... WE WERE NEVER CONTACTED BY ANY OF THE MEMBERS OF FALLEN SOLDIER... I wish the loss be removed and their win be removed... I'm not worried about winning a forfeited match... I am, however, worried about a loss we tried preventing... |

I registered my team on the 'Are you a basterd' WAW 360 ladder before I had my friends join my team... I took my team off thinking I could just re-add my squad to the ladder, then the individual invites could get sent out to all my team members. But instead its made me inactive... Any help here? Just trying to get my team established back on the ladder for matchups... thanks |
